Contributions and distributions can be done at www.BPAS.com.
1. Log in to the Consumer Portal at www.BPAS.com
2. Select Participant Accounts.
3. Select HSA on the drop down menu on the right.
4. Click on the blue LOGIN button for the BPAS HSA.
5.Enter your user ID and password.

You can also use the BPAS Claims mobile app or mail the form, which can be found at   https://www.BPAS.com/Participants/Forms/

You can use the BPASClaims Mobile app to:
1. Check your account balance.
2. Set up recurrent contributions and distributions.

To activate the app, you'll need a unique username and password.
Username is your first initial, last name, and last 4 digits of SSN.
Example: jdoe4444
Your temporary password is first name, the two-letter abbreviation for the state in which you live, and the last five digits of your SSN.
Example: janetx55555
You can create a new password and four-digit pin.

MAXIMUM allowable HSA contributions are:
 2020 (Self Only): $3,550
2020 (Family): $7,100

Any employer contributions count toward your max.

Catch-up provision for those age 55 and over: $1,000.

Note: You can change your monthly contribution each month as long as you do not exceed the max allowable annual contribution set by the IRS.
NOTE: 
No contributions can be made to a health savings account for someone 65 and on Medicare.
